  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm however an earlier check-in may be possible by negotiation.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, Please phone if you will be arriving after 9.00pm and we can organise the collection of the room key. 

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms at Colonial Lodge Motor Inn are non-smoking

  • Do you have a microwave available for guest use?

    Yes we have a microwave in all rooms

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    No however every room has a microwave, crockery and cutlery. Breakfast is available and delivered to your room. 

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes. Username and password are available from reception.

  • How close are you to the shops and restaurants?

    We are 500 metres from Woolworths and a further 500 metres to the main shopping precinct.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the first night's accommodation.  



  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details, name, and mobile number are required to secure room booking. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Accommodation is provided in accordance with the Traveller Accomm Providers (Liability) Act 2001. It is the policy of Colonial Lodge MI that if occupying accommodation at this property you shall be responsible for all charges in relation to this booking not withstanding that which is paid for by a company and agree to follow all House Rules.
I/We agree:

  1. To provide a valid credit card for security upon arrival.
  2. That smoking in room/s & animals in rooms will incur a $250 cleaning fee & will be charged to your card without notice. Animals are not permitted on site except for registered service animals.
  3. That any damaged items are to be paid for and can be charged without notice.
  4. That the Colonial Lodge can debit my credit card for charges arising out of my stay including but not limited to: Mini-bar, b/fast, smoking in room fee, damage/loss or non return of key & animals in room penalty fee. I further understand that failure to settle my account in full on departure is a criminal offence.
  5. That Unruly behaviour and excess noise will result in eviction.
  6. A $20 fee will be charged for any extra bed used or extra persons sleeping in room without notice to management

Cancellation Policy


Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check in date or you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
